The X3O CS 1.6 Tournament 2007 is this weekend, and over 14 teams from the east coast have come to battle it out for cash and prizes. Seeding

Saturday - December 15th, 2007 (All Times EST)

Sunday - December 16th, 2007 (All Times EST)
The top two teams from each group will advance to Day 2 and compete in a Double Elimination bracket; the top teams will be determined by Wins, Heads Up, and the a (Rounds Won-Rounds Lost) score. The seeds for Day 2 will be determined by their Total Wins and THEN by their (Rounds Won-Rounds Lost) score. Round 1 of Day 2 will be Seeds: 1vs8, 2vs7, 3vs6, 4vs5.

ATTENTION: THERE MAY BE WINTER WEATHER (SNOW) on DECEMBER 15th and into DECEMBER 16th, 2007. You are expected to leave EARLY in anticipation of traffic delays due to weather and accidents. You MAY be forfeited if you are late to your group, EVEN if it is because of weather related issues. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY. Any updates to postponement or cancellation of either Day 1 or Day 2 of this event will be made HERE at www.x3o-gaming.com as soon as they are determined.

Event F.A.Q.

• You must bring your own keyboard, mouse, headset, and mousepad. If you do not bring your own, there will be keyboards, mice, and headsets for rent at $5.00 per day. You can purchase mousepads from the X3O ProShop.
• No Outside Food OR Drinks will be allowed in the gaming center during this time. There are plenty of restaurants that you can eat at.
• Registration fee for players on teams that have not pre-paid will be $45.00 at the door.
• Groups will start on time. You must have all 5 players present at the scheduled start time of each group - or your team may be forfeited from the event.
• You can NOT talk after fade to black; You can NOT hold tab after fade to black; You can NOT open console at any time; You can NOT download config files or other applications. You can NOT bind any keys that are not able to be bound through the GUI. If you are unclear about any rules, please ask the tournament director BEFORE participating in your first match.
• The Official Stance on Crouch Hoping: Crouch Hoping is legal at the discretion of the Tournament Director. If a team wishes to dispute for crouch hopping, it will be the Tournament Director's sole decision whether the incident was considered abuse or an exploit in the game, or not. Any punishments for crouch hopping will also be determined by the Tournament Director. If you are unaware of what Crouch Hopping abuse is, please as the Tournament Director before your first match.
• During tournament play there will be NO computers or console stations available for casual play. Regular pricing and center policies apply during non-tournament play hours. Participants in the tournament do NOT have free time when they are not competing in the tournament.

Day 2 Seeds

One issue presented itself when determining the seeds for Day 2. Two of the groups had three teams in them, and two of them had four. This created an uneven amount of matches to total (Rounds Won – Rounds Lost). The solution for this problem was to eliminate the middle score match from each team that participated in the groups that had four teams. Over Time rounds do not count, and are recorded as 16-15 wins. The seeds for day two will be:

Double Elimination Round 1 - eMg VS. DarkSide (9:00AM); Assisted Suicide VS. iLLicit Gaming (9:00AM).
Double Elimination Round 1 - Priori VS. InterPlay.cs (10:00AM); ENHANCED VS. x3o (10:00AM).
