X3O Gaming Center and eMazing Gaming are proud to bring you the eMg RockStar Tour Winter Break Qualifier. eMg is hosting another RockStar Tour that will give winners the opportunity to rock out on stage with REAL Rock Stars at the Wild Flower 2009 music festival in Texas. Players will compete in Guitar Hero World Tour at qualifying stops across the country from December 26th, 2008 - January 2nd, 2009. Do you have what it takes to be a Rock Star?

Event Format:
From January 1st, 2009 through January 10th, 2009 gamers will be able to come into X3O Gaming Center to submit their qualifying times. Each player will pay a $10 registration fee and have the opportunity to play the Guitar Hero World Tour song by Van Halen, “Hot For Teacher,” three times. We will record your highest score as your official entry into the event. The top 10 highest scores will return on January 11th, 2009 at 6:00PM EST. The 10 returning players will each have 1 chance to submit a score for the songs “Hot For Teacher” by Van Halen, “Satch Boogie” by Joe Satriani, and “Pull Me Under” by Dream Theater. The player with the highest combined score is the event winner.

The event winner from the Winter Break 2008 X3O Qualifier will go on to play the event winner of the Spring Break 2009 qualifier in March 2009. The winner from that battle will play via X-Box Live against the winners from the other qualifying locations across the country to determine who is the grand champion. The grand champion will receive free travel and hotel accommodations to the Wild Flower 2009 Music Festival in Texas and have the opportunity to play live on stage with Real Rock Stars.

Registration:
Registration is open from January 1st, 2009 - January 10th, 2009. The registration fee is $10.00 USD per person. Players can pay this at the center with either cash or credit card.

1st. $350.00 CASH + Advancement to Spring Break LAN/Online Finals

2nd. $150.00 Cash

3rd. Video MP3 Player

1st-10th. Will receive a sponsor gift bag.

All cash and product prizes are provided by eMazing Gaming (USAESPORTS) and will be mailed individually to each winner upon completion of the Prize Redemption Form. Forms will be provided for you at the time of final placing OR you can download one here.

REMEMBER: All players are encouraged to bring their own guitar for the Xbox 360. If you do not choose to bring your own you will be able to use what is available at the center.
