In 2007 the X3O-Gaming.com and X3O Professional Gaming communities have grown exponentially, with almost triple the user accounts, and now 11 professional gamers in 3 gaming divisions. It is now time that we open our doors to the community, and reach out for some bright stars that are looking to get involved. X3O-Gaming.com and X3O Professional Gaming are hiring a variety of VOLUNTEER positions from writing to video editing.

Minimum Requirements for All Applicants:

• Must be seventeen years or older
• Must have at least six months relevant experience to position applied for
• Must have proof of previous work, or portfolio

COMPENSATION PLAN:
All positions are starting as volunteer work. Based on your work ethic, experience, and proven abilities we will put volunteers on a promotional track that may include products from our sponsors, travel accommodations to attend events with the team or at X3O Gaming Center, and bi-weekly salary.

The community relations manager’s is the backbone of X3O’s online community. They are directly responsible for managing volunteer employees, approving content, and interacting with the community online at www.x3o-gaming.com and on our Internet Relay Chat channels.
Expected Time Per Week: 10-15 Hours

Event Coverage Writer (Open Positions: 2) Apply Today!
An event coverage writer will work directly with the CRM and X3O Management to write event previews, match previews, and match post-reports. Most work will be completed online, however must be submitted by their deadline to ensure they are posted before the events happen.

Editorial Content Writer (Open Positions: 2) Apply Today!
Editorial content writers can write about almost anything gaming or e-Sports related. This is an opportunity to get your opinions and thoughts out to the mass public, and build up your resume. If you are looking to pursue a career in journalism, or just like to write this is a great opportunity for you.
Expected Time Per Week: 1-2 Articles every 2 weeks

Graphic Artist (Open Positions: 2) Apply Today!
Graphic Artists must be creative and be able to come up with original work on their own, as well as follow direct instructions and templates. Graphic work will include news graphics, banners, wall papers, and other assorted graphics. You must have your own licensed applications, including Photoshop. You must also have a portfolio either online or available to be e-mailed.

Web-Design / Coding (Open Positions: 2) Apply Today!
Web Designers may also be graphic artists, but generally have more experience with creating layouts for pages. Coding must include HTML, and may include PHP, mySQL, C#, and others. All web-designers and coders must have a portfolio of completed work that is currently still being used by their customer.

Video Cameraman (Open Positions: 1) Apply Today!
The cameraman position must be filled by someone who is local to X3O Gaming Center in Rockville, MD and is available to travel to the gaming center multiple times per week. Cameraman also must be able to, with notice, request off from school/work to attend various events with the gaming teams. Experience with cameras is required, however experience editing footage is not.
Expected Time Per Week: 4-10 Hours

Video Producer / Editor (Open Positions: 2) Apply Today!
The video producer / editor will be responsible for editing and producing taped action video, and in-game footage from a variety of gaming platforms. Experience with Adobe Premiere and Vegas Video is required. Applicants must have a portfolio of previously produced live action or video game footage.
