GoW Format - 2v2 or 4v4

When we do finally host a GoW tournament, whether it be in December or early 2008 - what do you guys think is the best format for the event.

I know that in general competitive play through series like the MLG is a 4v4 format; but would a 2v2 format get more entries resulting in a bigger turnout and more cash prizes?

So for our 1st GoW tournament, should it be 2v2 or 4v4?

i would much rather play 4v4

i would much rather play 4v4 being that i am part of a sponsored team and would much rather play with my team but 2v2 would be fine as the format for the first 1

As you can see, we did decide to go with the 2v2 format for this first event. Hopefully we will see a strong enough turnout that we can host successful 4v4 tournaments in the near future.
