Tonight marks the return of X3O.CSS to CEVO Professional Season 9 after taking almost a week off courtesy of a forfeit win from High Rollers Gaming and an early scheduled blowout of a match against Legacy Sports. This time around both matches are scheduled, and X3O is looking to continue their dominance in CEVO and continue to make their run to lock up the first playoff slot. The first match this week is against a struggling Team Pandemic, who has not been able to find their groove in both CEVO and ESEA, which is reflective of their sub five-hundred records. However, they have acquired former FEVER talent, Lloyd Shaffer in replace of Mike "Paradox" Stanowski and are looking to rebound from their lackluster start. The second matchup this week is versus Crucial Connexion who X3O faced off against in the first match of the season (Hooray for flipping the schedule!), and walked away with an overtime victory on de_inferno. This time around though, the backdrop is a really tough map in de_train, which is notorious for providing some ridiculous long range awp shots, and clutch rifle play. Regardless, this week is sure to excite so make sure you check out the scoreboards for the latest information (MAYBE we’ll have a relay this time around -_-).
