It seems to me that the forum is operating in UTC-2. I'm not sure anybody using the website acutally lives in Brazil, Georgia (in South America), or the Sandwich Islands.

Since X3O is located in the east I think it would make more sense to operate under EDT (UTC-4 during the summer and UTC-5 otherwise).
