x3o Should Have a Gears Of War Tournament
Posted By: Gawdly | On November 20, 2006 - 4:57pm |x3o Gaming should have a tourney for Gears of War this year. Gears of War was shown at MLG few days ago for an exhibition tourney. As T-Squared, Karma, and a Kid from Carbon "sorry cant remeber off the top of my head" played the game; the crowd went wild after each chainsaw kill, curbstomp, and execution. The game proved to the people that it not only took skill but was exciting to watch. The game has passed Halo in online users and has lived up to its tremendous hype. This game would be a great addition for x3o gaming because it has the potential to draw in people for tourneys and is sure as hell fun to watch, especially the clutch moments. If any of you local Gear Heads are out there, post in here and lets get a GOW tourney going!

Not to be rude, but why? Is there a reason not to try the game out or do you not wish to spread the fun competetive atmosphere of this game? Im just wondering becase i cant think of a valid reason not to give it a try, at least in this area.

Sweet, Hopefully theres a good turnout. I might be able to pop in this weekend maybe. But if the tourneys big, sheesh my team wouldnt mind gathering up and heading over from east coast layout. Hopefully the tourney does end being on the same weekend i have to go to Boston for there tourney.
