Yes, I've sent an e-mail with all the info. I thought since I wasn't registered on the website that my info wouldn't be accepted so I registered and sent the info again. Email is cmbattershell at gmail dot com.

I think the problem was that
I think the problem was that my POP email client wasn't correctly configured and the emails weren't being sent. In any rate, new email has been sent directly from Gmail and I have a copy of it to paste here in the comments just in case.
