Our very own Call of Duty 4 Team is going to Allentown, Pennsylvania to compete in America’s largest COD4 tournament ever.

The NERV LAN 2 has been one of the most anticipated events of the year, not just for Call of Duty 4 gamers, but for the whole E-Sports community. NERV Center, themselves, believe it will be the best tournament the center ever hosted. Teams from all around the nation have come to the heart of Lehigh Valley to compete for the biggest cash prize pot these gamers have ever seen. This tournament has gotten bigger, more competitive, and better than the last. With top of the line equipment, top-tier teams, and quality staff, this event is expected to turn out to be the best Call of Duty 4 tournament in history of COD franchise. Spectators from all around the nation can expect this tournament to be the fiercest competition ever in Call of Duty series history with such a large cash prize pot. This three day event will have everyone on their toes with the competition this tournament has brought.

With teams such as Team Pandemic and Team EG, our very own COD4 squad has work cut out for them. However, they need to first pass by group play, playing against Sinister and Assisted Suicide (American Steel is no longer attending this event). The top two teams advance from group play and are placed in the double elimination bracket. The sixteen teams will then battle against one another and try to claim their rightful ownership of that cash prize. With that said, X3O has been preparing nonstop for this tournament. The team recently has placed 5-6th in the very first NERV LAN tournament and more notably, they were crowned champions at Cygamez, the first ever American Call of Duty 4 LAN tournament. However, the most recent wins online show their potential and suggest that the standards put out for them are attainable. Update:Our normal 5th player Alex "flak" Lasselle will not be attending the event with the team. Jesse "nrv" Daly, a very experienced and highly skilled player will be replacing him. Jesse's future role with the team will remain undetermined, pending the team's performance at the event.
