X3O.CSS had made it to CEVO-P Playoffs! With that being said, Dallas Venom will be their obstacle in their adventure to the prize pot.

The Counter-Strike Source team is finally here. However, there is little time for celebration, with Dallas Venom being their first opponent. Dallas Venom has had quite a season, not only in CEVO but also in the CGS. They have been pretty dominant in CEVO, but not as dominant as people expected them to be. They have lost at least once to each of the teams that are currently in the playoffs including our very own X3O. The defending champions can be beaten after all and what makes it more exciting is that each playoff team has the ability to take it from them. More recently, they lost in the North American finals to the Carolina Core and later losing to San Francisco OPTX in the first round of the CGS World Finals. However, they did manage to win the CGS Individual World Finals, making them the number one CSS team in CGS.

This first journey to the CEVO Playoffs should be a highlight in the team’s gaming career. During the last two weeks of the regular season, they looked to have no chance in CEVO Playoffs. After they lost their match to Fever, it seems as if it was all over. However, the CSS team was not going to give up just yet and neither were the loyal fans of X3O. In the end they would have close wins over JustBalls and the two playoff teams, Devastation and Carolina Core. During mid season they also won against Dallas Venom, giving everyone a shocker. But then again this isn’t regular season. This is the playoffs, and X3O needs to give it their all in order to beat the defending champions of CEVO.
