| Our last lockIN event sold out in record time, with many gamers missing out on the festivities. X3O is excited to announce our next lockIN event, the Thanksgiving Bash LockIN. This event will take place on the night of Saturday, November 24th, 2007 from 9:00PM - 9:00AM. Read on for more event details! |

For those of you who may have never been to one of our LockIN events, they include 12 hours non-stop gaming and a ton of mini tournaments with great prizes. Gamers will check in at 9:00PM and be assigned a station for the evening. At that time they will also fill out the Your Choice Tournament Form, that allows gamers to choose which games they want to compete in for the evening. The top 5 games chosen will be played as official tournament titles.
The X3O Thanksgiving Bash LockIN Tournament Title Choices Are:
- Counter-Strike 1.6 (PC)-LMS
- Counter-Strike Source (PC)-LMS
- Team Fortress 2 (PC)-Most Kills
- Halo 3 (Xbox 360)-FFA
- Warcraft 3: DotA (PC)3v3or5v5
- Gears of War (Xbox 360)-2v2
- Rock Band (Xbox 360)-BandVSBand HighScore
- Guitar Hero III (Xbox 360)-1v1
- Wii Bowling (Wii)-HighScore
Featured Game/Mod of the Month:
The new game feature title for this LockIN is The Hidden. The Hidden is a psychological thriller where 8 or more highly training special forces operatives are trying to terminate a rogue science experiment, Subject 617. Sounds easy - 8 vs 1 - but it couldn't be further from that. Subject 617 has a ton of genetic special abilities that allow him to outsmart and outplay his enemies.
You can download the FREE mod for yourself, or come in and play it before the LockIN at X3O. This mod is rated (M) for mature, and will require parental consent for gamers under 17 to participate.

The halo tournament that
The halo tournament that will be held during the overnight lockIN is geared more towards casual gaming competitions - not really MLG style or rules, just what will be more enjoyable for the most players.

there should be a halo 3 2v2 or 3v3 or 4v4 MLG doesnt even have a FFA gametype. what do you guys plan on doing just run around with assult rifles?
